There are always many questions that can arise while searching for a preschool for your family. Here are some answers to the most frequent ones.

Q: Does Kid City offer financial assistance?
A: No. While Kid City currently does not have the funding to assist families, Kid City does offer discounts for multiple sibling enrollment and for Casas Church members.
Q: Does Kid City utilize a professionally developed curriculum?
A: Yes. Kid City's curriculum for all programs up through Pre-K, is based upon the age specific "WEE Learn Curriculum Guides" published by the Preschool-Children's Department of the Convention Press, Southern Baptist Convention.
Q: Are teachers certified or academically trained?
A: Yes. Kid City's teachers are required to have a 2 or 4 year degree in Early Childhood Education or have a Child Development Associate Certification or be working on the degree/certification. As a matter of Kid City Christian Preschool policy and state licensure regulations, all staff must complete a minimum of eighteen hours per year of early childhood development continuing education.
Q: Is lunch provided?
A: No. Kid City offers a morning and afternoon snack and parents provide lunch.
Q: Does Kid City offer transportation?
A: No. Parents transport their children to and from Kid City.
Q: What is the registration procedure?
A: A completed Application and an Application Fee reserves the child's place in a classroom for two weeks. Forms are available on our website or in hard copy by visiting our front office. In compliance with Arizona regulations, these forms must be completed and included in the child's file at Kid City before child may begin attending preschool.
Q: Once I complete registration/enrollment of my child at Kid City, what do I need to bring?
A: For Your Child's Classroom: Napper (purchased at registration), comfort toy for nap, lunch, change of clothing (please label all items with child's first and last name). Individual classrooms may have additional requests depending the child's individual needs. For Kid City Office: Copy of child's birth certificate, immunization records including doctor's verification, copies of Mom and Dad's drivers license and a completed Emergency Form (supplied by Kid City).
Q: Does Kid City Christian Preschool take support from D.E.S. (AZ Department of Economic Security)?
A: No. Kid City does not currently accept support from D.E.S.
