My name is Cindy Rodriguez. I have a passion for Early Childhood Education
and I am the Director of Kid City Christian Preschool. I have been with the preschool since November 1984. I have held several positions including Lead Teacher and have enjoyed every one. Please contact me any time if you have questions or comments. Thank you for entrusting your little ones to our care. I received my Child Development Degree in April 1990 from Central Arizona College. I continue to attend workshops in Early Education and have completed Certificates of Achievement from the Arizona Department of Health Services. I join my staff in completing 18 credit hours per year in continuing education. I am married and have two children and three granddaughters. |

Melissa Kreibich, CLA | Business Manager
My name is Melissa Kreibich. I am currently the Business Manager at Kid City Christian Preschool. I joined the Kid City Christian Preschool team after spending several years in youth ministry and the last ten years in the legal field as a Transactional Paralegal. I am a nationally certified Paralegal/Legal Assistant. I graduated from California State University Northridge, where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Finance. Amanda Johnson | Assistant Director
My name is Amanda Johnson, and I am the Assistant Director at Kid City Christian Preschool. While this role is new for me, my early childhood education journey has been in the works for 15 years. I very first started as a Casas Sunday school teacher for toddlers. This was during my college years at the University of Arizona, where I received my Bachelor’s in Music Performance.
After a comical series of events and denying that I’d ever be a teacher, the Lord led me to the K-8 Music Director position at Casas Christian School, where I taught for ten years. I also subbed part-time for Kid City Christian Preschool. I felt called to teach preschool full-time and taught my “Pre-K Pandas” (4 and 5 year old's) at KCCP for two years. In the summer of 2025, the Lord opened this door in administration. As I continue to learn and grow in this position, I am also continuing online courses in Supervision & Administration in Early Child Education through Pima Community College. |

Wendy Flynn | Receptionist
My name is Wendy Flynn. I am currently the receptionist at Kid City Christian Preschool. I joined the Kid City Christian Preschool Team after spending time as a preschool Director in San Jose, California. I attended Modesto Junior College, California where I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in the field for 25 years and I find it very rewarding to watch children grow and get excited about learning.
I am married with two grown daughters and two grandchildren. My hobbies are reading, crafts and doing puzzles. I love the ocean, camping, travel and exploring new places. I also enjoy trying and cooking new food. These are on the top of my list of fun things to do. |
